Services

Three services, one entry point

The work is sequential: diagnose, plan, operate. The way in is always an Exploratory Touchdown, a free conversation where both sides decide if the work makes sense.

  1. 01 · Free

    Exploratory Touchdown

We look at the site, surface the few high-impact findings, and decide if there's a fit. No sales call.

  2. 02 · Diagnose

    Audit

About six weeks. A priority stack: what to fix, in what order, what to leave alone, and why. Defensible internally without us in the room.

  3. 03 · Plan

    Strategy

About ten weeks. A 6-12 month roadmap: architecture, topical map, content specifications, redirect plan, prioritisation. Starts where the Audit ends.

  4. 04 · Operate

    Ongoing Advisory

Monthly. Continuous oversight while your team executes: briefs on demand, monthly review, quarterly audit lite, decisions documented.

How the funnel works in practice

Each step assumes the previous one was done well: no Strategy without Audit findings, no Advisory without a roadmap to steer. If you arrive with prior work, the Touchdown is where we check it passes the substance check.

The funnel filters in both directions: we close when both sides confirm fit, we walk away when they don't. It works for businesses that treat search as infrastructure and commit to a long horizon.

Where to start

For every service, the way in is the same conversation.
