We look at the site before we talk
Four to six hours on our side, before any call. Crawl, GSC if you can grant read-only access, SERP context, AI-search visibility check on the queries that matter.

One call, 45-60 minutes
We share the high-impact findings worth naming up front — the few obvious ones, with the mechanism behind them. You share context we can't see from the outside.

A short async wrap-up
Written summary of what we discussed, what the next step would be — an Audit, a Strategy, an Advisory engagement, or no engagement at all if either side decides the fit isn't there.
What it isn't
- A free audit. We share what surfaces in 4-6 hours; the full diagnostic is the Audit.
- A pitch deck. No slides, no menu of packages.
- A commitment. Either side can walk away at the end with no obligation.
We reply within two working days. If we can't take you on right now, we say so in that reply — no waitlists, no follow-ups months later.
